1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BuySmartNG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must list only genuine products, fulfil orders promptly, and comply with all applicable Nigerian laws including consumer protection regulations.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate delivery information and make payments in good faith. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account suspension.
5. Prohibited Items
Listing counterfeit goods, illegal items, or any product prohibited under Nigerian law is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled by our resolution team. Contact help@buysmartng.com within 7 days of a transaction.
